Mechanical tigers are the newest Mechanical pet type added in Battle for Azeroth. Other unique Mechanical pets can be found in the "Other Mechanical Pets" tab. There are multiple colors of Mechanical Tigers, Arachnodrones, Mechanowolves, Mechanostriders, and Iron Juggernauts. Navigate with the tabs below to find full guides on how to find and tame each and every one of the Mechanical pets that were added in Legion and Battle for Azeroth. Most Mechanicals scale to the player's level to preserve their individual challenges, any exceptions will be noted below.

The Mechanical family is not exotic, which means all 3 Hunter specs can tame them. This item has no level or profession requirement. Once the Mecha-Bond Imprint Matrix is used, that Hunter will be able to tame Mechanical pets permanently. On top of that, with Legion being outdated content, not many people will be farming Bloods of Sargeras to make these. It will be relatively expensive as it requires 20 Blood of Sargeras to craft and not every engineer will have access to the schematic. The schematic costs 1 Curious Coin, which is a rare drop from world quest caches, dungeon bosses, rares, and treasure chests in Legion content. Engineers can purchase Schematic: Mecha-Bond Imprint Matrix from Xur'ios in Dalaran. Goblin and Gnome Hunters can tame Mechanicals without any special requirements.Īll other races must first acquire the engineer-crafted Mecha-Bond Imprint Matrix. You can learn more about pet abilities in the Hunter Pet Guide. Mechanical pets have the Cunning specialization and their special ability is Defense Matrix. Other races will need to acquire the Mecha-Bond Imprint Matrix from an engineer in order to learn how to tame Mechanical creatures. In addition, only Goblins and Gnomes can tame Mechanicals innately.

They differ from most other pet families in that many of them are challenges that require some extra effort to tame. Mechanicals are a family of Hunter pets that were added in the Legion expansion.
